Braised oxtail is one of the island classics on the menu at Jamaica Grill in the Marlborough Mall food court. It is made with time-honoured recipes and spices sourced directly from Jamaica, and served with rice and vegetables.
Oxtail is a Jamaican favourite, and at Jamaica Grill it is braised and served as a full plate with rice and vegetables — a fast, filling meal at the food court or to take home.
Pair it with sides such as rice and peas, plantains, festivals or coleslaw. Oxtail also appears on our salad menu as an oxtail salad.
